He arrived late. No apologies. Blamed it on traffic. Started work as told. My order was for 5 x 4 (large) = 20 drills and 5 x 2 (small) = 10 drills. Total paid for was 30 drills. 1. When I was looking, he would drills and put a screw. When I was not, he merely hammered a nail 2. Despite being told to put a old newspaper to avoid getting the dust coming out of the drilled hole dirtying around, he failed to do so. 3. He was offered water, and tea, as the app suggested, but he rudely refused both. 4. Most of his work had to be corrected by me, for adjusting it to be horizontal and vertical. The professional did not carry the mandatory spirit level with him to ensure that the decor he ia putting on the wall ai perfectly horizontal/ vertical. 5. On completion, he asked for more money. When I asked him why, since he had drilled/ hammered exactly 30 screws / nails, he retorted, speak to customer care. 6. He then took an extraordinary long time in winding up, walked out of the house, talked on the phone for a long time, and then came back and tried to thrust his phone into my hand, saying talk to the customer care. I told him, ask the customer care to call me on my number. 7. The lady called me, identified herself as Kajal, and spoke to me for about 3 minutes. This call came at about 1310, and she understood the issue, asked me count the total number of screws / nails. It totalled 30. She was satisfied and hung up, to speak to the professional. Thereafter, he left. 8. I again got a call from another executive at 1330 hrs. This man was vehement that I had ordered for less and got more work done. He was angry and rude that I had been unjust to the UC professional. He went on a monologue for minutes, refusing to listen to reason. Since he was being unreasonable, I allowed him to speak. Once he had finished, I told him what had transpires between me and the previous executive, in the presence of yhe professional, at my house 20 minutes back. Once he heard me, he very sheepishly said okay, and hung up. 9. I have been using UC services since 2022. I have never been accused of exploitation, or been asked for more money by any professional. All my orders are paid for and no executive has called me back on behalf of the professional to ask me to pay more. And, it has certainly not happened twice for the same professional. This is really bad and shows a disconnect among the professionals and the executives. 10. Kindly examine as to what has happened that I had to be troubled twice, by your call centre executives, over a complain by a tardy professional, who was not punctual, dishonest in his work and then resorted to extortion. The second executive refused to listen to reason, disturbed me while we were sitting for lunch, post departure of your professional and insisted on a monologue. 11. I would appreciate a feedback on the corrective measures instituted on my feedback
