I had a very bad experience with this person, had booked a massage service for my mother through Urban Company, but the experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The professional who came behaved in a very unprofessional and manipulative . She tried to pressure my mother and sister into taking additional services. At one point, she even went to the balcony and called me saying that my sister wanted to add another service worth ₹500, which was not true. My sister had clearly said she did not want any additional service, yet the professional kept persuading and pushing for it. Apart from this, she also made unnecessary remarks about our maid, which was inappropriate. A spa experience is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing, but she kept talking continuously throughout the session and did not allow my mother to relax at all. The service was scheduled for an hour but she in 30mins only said its completed and then completed when my mother mentioned that its been just 30mins. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable and far from the professional standard we expect from Urban Company. I request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate action. Thank you.

She is not properly trained. Didn't bring the oil burner or candles with her. When i asked her to warm the oil, she said i dont carry candles because other customers don't like warm oils. Her massage was very very mediocre, i have no clue how she can get lux category. Even with stretching moves, she was unsure what to do next. Didn't know how to work on knots. She didn't know anything about the massage oils as well. Overall a very disappointing experience. She definitely needs a lot more training.
