The professional said he would replace the thermostat but would not follow the rate card and gave me an estimate for 2 branded thermostat in place of 1 as the thermostat given by UC is not good so he had to charge double. Also the thermostat he showed did not seem to come from original packing so I refused.

He came to fix the geyser and the entire house electricity blew up. Had to call an electrician from outside who charged an additional 2000 to fix the issue. All the switchboard have blown up.
