The professional who visited for geyser repair has done incomplete work. Moreover he has uninstalled the geyser and it is still not working. Very disappointing. The professional had given a commitment that he would visit to complete the repair. However, he has still not shown up. Urban company should take a note of this and I want the required assistance for the same

The service person was not professional at all. They seemed more interested in replacing parts rather than actually diagnosing the problem properly. Without doing a proper check or analysis, he recommended changing the geyser. Based on his advice, I bought a new one — but the issue still remains. Totally unsatisfied with the service and the careless approach. Would not recommend.

He told issue with switch and thermostat. And demanded for 1200 extra . When local electrition visited he told only switch is not working. And fix the issue in 350/rs
