He was here for a minute. I asked him to remove the geyser from the wall and hold it. I took a screwdriver and pressed the reset button on the side of the geyser. It started working. However, I noticed that he kept the job status as in progress for a long time. I don’t appreciate his behaviour.

1. Did not come on the time he committed he would come at. 2. Then used an urban company partner to manipulate me into paying more, when the app clearly showed me a figure I already agreed at. (Over and above the amount I had already paid). 3. Urban company partner had no personal boundaries, called me up at 7 am in the morning to speak with me, instigated by the repair guy. Had no experience in talking and managing customers. Overall, the job took way long than usual to be completed and it was an unpleasant experience.
