The geyser is cleaned from outside only not the way professional service happens by the auth service center. The geyser is not opened to see and clean the muds inside Complete waste of money.

Geyser is not working - water is not heated. It’s cold & green / orange/ red lights are off even though power is on. So new parts that I paid for are not working & technician damaged geyser as just after half an hour it is not working. I paid 1553 ₹ & I want refund of my money. Very disappointed.
