The problem was something else and they open the geyser and replace the parts and didn't identify the actual problem and took extra rs. 850 without any reason and within few hours geyser again stopped working, Highly disappointed, no credibility.

Tried to mislead and disturbed one switch n didn’t put back properly

Poor skill, geysor clamp installation went wrong ( did not use template, used when jnsisted 2nd time)and had to drill another 2 holes.In the process used 10 mm Anchor bolt against oem 12 mm, damaged 2 wall tiles permenantly.White cement used to fill the holes.Technician did not have 12 mm drill but tried to enlarge holes with 10 mm bit by rotating the bit to all the sides.Poor quality of job.Very much unsatisfied. While placing order Crompton geysor from Amazon payment was also made for installation service from UC through Amazon.UC cancelled the service with out any reason and refunded payment. Therefore being an approved service vendor of CROMPTON and Amazon I had to rebookUC service for today agaist original date of 18.12.25

The professional who visited for geyser repair has done incomplete work. Moreover he has uninstalled the geyser and it is still not working. Very disappointing. The professional had given a commitment that he would visit to complete the repair. However, he has still not shown up. Urban company should take a note of this and I want the required assistance for the same
