Service is very very poor. He arrived 3 hours late at 2pm. He didn’t not inform us also for coming late. He didn’t come for pre inspection. He installed geyser with longer pipes, misaligned geyser, and didn’t install the valve for the geyser. He did not clean the area after the installation. Rude behaviour by the service man with my elderly parents. Urban company please refund my money, this is absolute poor quality from your serviceman.

Polite person. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, but charged 600 Rs. for diagnosis, socket and plug replacement (spare parts cost not included).
