The technician's behaviour was unreliable. He suggested that parts had to be changed for which he prepared an estimate of Rs. 4,500. When we told him that we'll decide later as it's a bit too steep, he said he can also do it offline for Rs. 2,500. Is Urban Company taking such huge cuts that he can do the repair personally for Rs. 2,500? Or would be give second hand parts to bring down the cost? How do we know that he will not give second hand parts even if we get it repaired through Urban Company? It was a waste of money for us to have booked a technician from Urban Company.
