Service has been closed but service is still not complete and the person is not picking up the phone

I had booked this service for my elderly mother (senior citizen) who lives alone. The service partner reprimanded her for having tea while he was carrying out the service for "religious" reasons. He did not clean the place after the service. It was left in very bad shape, resulting in additional heavy lifting that my mother had to go through.
