A partner tried to cheat me saying the sensor of my geyser is damaged and needs to be replaced for 1800 rupees. Luckily I said no and I called local repair guy who did this 2 min for 100 rupees. Never going to place for order ever in urban clap. Thank you.

The person charged me for work that he didn't carry out.I wasn't at home and my old mother in law was at home. He told me that the sensor was not working but he charged me for the thermostat and cable. He sent me photographs of the thermostat which he had not changed. He did not leave the parts that he had charged and lied to me that he was leaving the old parts behind.

The attitude was simply unacceptable, firstly he was in a mighty hurry to get the job complete… if u asked him something twice he showed irritation and if asked for suggetions, he said he was not aware. Finally i asked him to leave and not do the job.. post which he apologised and sat down to complete the job. These guys need to lear behavior
