He replaced the thermostat and the geyser stopped working the next day. When I booked revisit, since it was in warranty there should ideally be no charge for replacing the thermostat. The new guy that came says that the thermostat has to be replaced again and you have to pay for it.

1. The issue was only for stoppage of water leaking from the safety valve. So charges for replacement of valve is ok. 2. But the Technitian has added extra service of Water leakage for which additional charge of Rs. 299 was charged. I do not know whether it is done by system or by technitian. My old safety valve was also taken by Technician. I want it back. I want to be sure that old valve was defective or not ?
