We booked Geyser Inspection because there was a spark in the plug when we turned it on. He came and said the thermostat was damaged and replaced it by charging 1290/- over and above to the service charge and then said we will have to call electrician for changing switch as that was not his job. We called electrician today and he saw the old thermostat which we retained and said it was in working condition and that there was no damage at all to it. The damage was only to the plug which the electrician guy changed. Making a fool out of customers.

We called him only to ask.Where is the reset button?But he purposely increase the job he created fear that there can be danger.If you don't change it, what are the thermostat. He was taking the part with him.We have to tell him to leave it back.Because the part was brand new , he thought he will use it somewhere else he created fear to get the part changed

He said geyser is working fine. Geyser switch is the issue. He can do nothing to repair. Forced for otp and went without solving anything. Kindly refund
