Bery poor service , he is fraud , told us that part of geyser is dysfunctional, we allowed to replace it … in next 2 days again same issue surfaced , we came to know from other uc expert that he has replaced the part with some second hand part ! He charged us heavily…. He is fraud and not recieving calls now …..

He inspected the geyser and said the geyser is fine. And then said the reason it’s not heating the water has to do with an electrical issue. And that I should call an electrician. Then I booked an electrician on your app and he said that he can’t do anything I should call a geyser service person. It’s a bit outrageous that I had to pay both people for nothing.

The geyser was working fine since many many years. First time we decided to do servicing and get it cleaned in years. 2-3 days after servicing the first geyser dies. 3 days after that, the second geyser also died. Now we have no warm water in our entire home
