Reached on-time and immediately started with his work. Very friendly and kind person. Cleaned the geyser completely and informed on the health of the coil (which has got old). Didn't push me to replace the coil. Rather told me to keep this in mind for future use. I would definitely recommend him for geyser service and opt for his services in future.

I am very disappointed with the service I received, as it was far below acceptable standards. The work was left incomplete, and it was obvious that the technician did not have the required knowledge or skills to properly handle the service. Instead of resolving the issue, he seemed unsure about the work and did not provide any clear explanation or solution. On top of this, he asked for extra money for spare parts, even though I had already purchased all the necessary parts from a local store at a very minimal cost. This demand felt unnecessary and unreasonable, especially considering the poor quality of service provided. The entire experience was unprofessional, time-consuming, and frustrating, and it did not meet even basic expectations of a paid service. I would not recommend this service to others and expect better accountability and professionalism in the future.
