Checked the geyser, while opening the socket he broke and then was charging for a new socket. The initial problem of geyser tripping was not solved, it's still tripping. Charged us labour charges also.

Though he has fixed the problem, expected full transparency about the new part and old part. When I asked me to give my old parts which were replaced he removed them from his bag. Should have shown me new part which he was going to replace and given my old. First quoted higher amount and then reduced when I said at such high cost I will replace the geyser itself.
