The Technician came and told that there was 2 thermosets have to replace and asked to pay Rs 1100/- Whereas there was only one thermoset was damaged and it was replaced by me for just Rs 400/-. Urban company's technician has given wrong information.

He told to replace coil and to spend 2000 to repair. Today I just pressed the reset button, it’s working fine. UC should refund the charges

Did install geyser but after installing said this is big geyser, you haven’t opted for big geyser installation, as there was no such option of big or small geyser while i was booking for installation. Further indirectly started asking for extra amount.
