Clear violation of the provided rate card. The rate card shows- Installation: 200 + (299 service charge) Uninstallation: 100 + (299 service charge). And the rate card declares labour charge is capped at 299. Yet I was charged 299 twice for replacing one geyser + 100 for the plug. Plus tax on it. Ended up paying ₹1,117. For 15min geyser replacement job.
