Geyser is not working - water is not heated. It’s cold & green / orange/ red lights are off even though power is on. So new parts that I paid for are not working & technician damaged geyser as just after half an hour it is not working. I paid 1553 ₹ & I want refund of my money. Very disappointed.

I am raising a serious complaint regarding the technician assigned through Yammak for my geyser issue. The technician inspected the geyser and informed me that the thermostat was faulty and needed replacement at a cost of ₹1800, with no warranty. This immediately raised concerns. After declining the service, I called my society plumber for a second opinion. He identified that the actual issue was just a burnt/shorted main supply wire. He fixed it by trimming and reconnecting the wire, and the geyser is now working perfectly. He charged only ₹250. This clearly shows that your technician either misdiagnosed the problem or deliberately attempted to upsell an unnecessary and expensive repair. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and misleading. I request you to: 1. Investigate this technician’s conduct 2. Take strict action to prevent such incidents 3. Ensure proper training and accountability 4. Provide an explanation for this incorrect diagnosis This experience has seriously affected my trust in your service. I expect a prompt response and resolution.
