The technician quoted an unreasonably high price and insisted on doing the work privately instead of through Urban Company. He was also unable to provide proper consultation, which left me dissatisfied. I ultimately did not opt for the service and ended up paying only the basic service charge of around ₹280. Not a good experience.

Arrived 20min earlier despite being specifically told not to come earlier than booked time. Rated complications for me…. didn’t show the new parts before installation and took the old replaced parts without asking!
