I recently had my chimney serviced, and while the overall cleaning process after dismantling was thorough, I observed that the auto-clean function stopped working after reinstallation. During the service, I was informed that steam cleaning was not used as it could potentially damage the product. However, when I requested a demonstration of the auto-clean function using normal water after reinstallation, the service personnel were initially reluctant to proceed and only did so after I insisted.I appreciate the technician’s effort in completing the cleaning, but I would like to highlight the need for better confidence and understanding of the product’s features, especially the auto-clean mechanism. Clear guidance and proactive testing post-service would help ensure the chimney is fully functional before closing the call.I request you to kindly review this matter and arrange for a technical check if required, so the auto-clean function can be restored.
