Hope came earlier by 4 mins and she started working right away. She did all the jobs that was asked to do and completed within the three hours’ time scope. I am satisfied with her work. No complaints.

she completed all the required tasks within the 3 hours well. some improvement include being more thorough when cleaning eg moving loose items to wipe, vacuum and mop. Nonetheless, she did the cleaning more thoroughly after advice was given.

UC assigned Pauline in place of my regular cleaner, who was on leave. Although I was initially hesitant about the change, I agreed as I did not want to miss the scheduled cleaning. Pauline performed exceptionally well. she worked efficiently and followed instructions carefully. I am very satisfied with the quality of her work today.

To change the bedsheets first, followed by sweeping & mopping & then washing the toilets would be better for me. As we ran out of time for mopping. I might need to purchase 4 hours rather than 3 hours of services.
