Service is so so only. Didn’t complete the assigned tasks timely and requires supervision. Quite a disappointment cos this is the first time I encountered bad experience after using UC for more than a year.

As good as Nora but Khina is more slower pace. But she seems to be more detailed. Had to leave Khina alone at home as I need to go to my work night-shift. Wifey is coming back. There wasn’t any skimpy-do from Khina.. by the time wifey comes back she manage to finish the Master Toilet. Very Honest Gal Khina

I had to repeat instructions as they were obviously not followed. She used the indoor mop to clean the outdoor patio, which I did not ask for. Now I can throw it away and by a new mop for indoor as it is very dirty and cannot be used indoor anymore.
