She did an excellent job. She was efficient, thorough and well organised throughout. She vacuumed and mopped the floors carefully, scrubbed and cleaned both toilets properly, and ironed some clothes neatly. Everything was left spotless and tidy. I will definitely choose Mamal again for the next cleaning!

The professional was not Zon May, who did the initial subscription service. Service was changed without informing me, then was informed that Zon May will come at the scheduled 6pm slot. Was surprised to see another professional at 6pm. I expect to be informed of any changes, not up be surprised. Della is ok but now as thorough in her cleaning. The books and corners are not cleaned - still dusty. Which is an issue as I have a baby crawling around.
