This was my first time engaging Urban Company, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Crystal was amazing! She truly went above and beyond. Even when I told her that the time was already up, she continued packing and organising my kitchen, saying, “Never mind!” My kitchen has honestly never been this clean. I was so impressed that before she even left, I was already asking if she could be the one to come back again next week! 😂 My week is made!!!! ✨

Working with her was a breeze. She already knew exactly what needed to be done around my home, from scrubbing the toilet floors to wiping down the blinds, plus a full vacuum and mop. I didn't need to explain or supervise anything. I'd love to have her assigned as my regular cleaner going forward.

Arin Khiang managed to clean all the bedroom, living hall and kitchen windows, fans, doors and balcony patio properly. However, the master bedroom toilet tiles were not scrub properly, only the floor and toilet bowl were cleaned. She also managed to vacumn all floors but had no time to mop. She also did not have a mop or ladder so we had to provide her. Overall, she did a good job but there are still some areas that needs improvements.

The cleaning service was excellent
