Constantly need reminders after reminding. Given more chances than I had hence this is where I draw the line. Toilet not cleaned thoroughly, still have stains (service is twice a month) so cannot be the stain too tough to wash or scrub off. Always need to check after her job. And still find things left undone when she say is done.
