Yes. If you rate your service with 5 stars, the next time you book, the app will ask if you want to re-book with the same professional. Simply click on their profile and book them in.

Before selecting your service slot, you will be asked to indicate your preferred colour range. Your assigned nail artist will then bring along your preferred colour range for the service.

Our system is designed to allocate a therapist based on your location and availability. However, if you know the name of a therapist, you can indicate this while making the booking and our customer service team will handle the rest!

Yes. You can cancel your appointments through our app or website. Any cancellations made must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive the full refund amount. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time will be subjected to a $20 cancellation fee.

Yes, up to a maximum of 3. You just have to inform our professional of your preference. Our manicurist/pedicurist will advise you on add-on charges for more than 3 colours.

Yes. Services are provided islandwide except for Sentosa Island and Jurong Island.

Yes. You can reschedule your appointments through our app or website. However, to compensate our partners who may already be travelling to your location, any rescheduling made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subjected to a $20 fee

For hygiene reasons, we would request you to provide your own basin for the service. If you do not have one, our therapist will be able to bring a basin along with a disposable foot basin liner.

Yes. You can book our manicure and pedicure services as a male without any surcharge.
