There was a misunderstanding which Phoebe & UC help centre assisted to resolve the issue swiftly. Phoebe is friendly and attentive. She applied eye drop after the lash removal and it was very soothing for the eyes. She also give suggestion on the styles to try. Thank You!

So far don't feel any irritation after putting the lashes and feels natural and comfortable. I felt she is only familiar with doing basic lash extension. I booked for volume extension and had told her what I wanted. Spent more than 2hrs and I don't see the volume. I think her resources are limited and she is not quite familiar of how the volume extension is like. Overall I'm comfortable with her service, but not with the amount and time I spend on.
