Did my lashes with Cynthia some time back. I suspect her products are low quality. My lashes started to drop off after 1 hour and subsequently dropped off for the past few days. And I only left with 50% of my lashes on my 5th day! This is unacceptable. I’m paying so much and this is the quality. I won’t recommend her to others. Lashes were uneven too. Was so disappointed. I belive there are many other better options out there.

There was a misunderstanding which Phoebe & UC help centre assisted to resolve the issue swiftly. Phoebe is friendly and attentive. She applied eye drop after the lash removal and it was very soothing for the eyes. She also give suggestion on the styles to try. Thank You!

Yvonne was punctual and very friendly. She was totally unphased when my curious 3 year old kept trying to observe her and kept going professionally. My lashes look great. Thanks Yvonne!
