He was professional but his work quality was very bad. First he put the TV wrong, the whole wall mount panel was visibly coming out from one side and he said this is how it is. I’ve had the tv for 4 hrs and have had to change two houses so I knew this is not how it’s done. I had to google and show him how to put the panel. He then did it but had to drill more holes to fix it. I was in the washroom when he left and my husband didn’t notice but later I saw he did a poor patch work where he had drilled extra holes. Now my new condo has a patch right next to the TV unit.
