This was honestly one of the worst 90-minute massages I have ever experienced. I specifically ordered a Swedish massage, but what was provided felt more like a TCM-style massage, and it was extremely painful throughout. I informed the therapist countless times that I was in pain, but she insisted on continuing and said that the pain was “for the best results.” It was very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. I had read her reviews and gave her the benefit of the doubt, especially since I was unable to change therapists. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. During the session, the therapist also upsold me her own oil at an additional $30, which I agreed to, but the experience did not improve. In fact, I did not enjoy a single minute of the service. The massage was also incomplete — she did not perform a full head-to-toe massage and did not even massage my legs. At the end of the session, my hair was left full of oil. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and yes she was 50 mins late, the other reviews are right.
