Faye arrived right on time and was fully prepared. She was very gentle with my cat, quickly noticing that she was a bit shy, stressed, and anxious. I really appreciated how she took things slowly, paused when needed, and never pushed my cat beyond her comfort. After the grooming, she shared thoughtful feedback and helpful suggestions to address issues like ear mites.
