I was extremely shocked by the level of unpreparedness displayed by the technician who came for the installation. Firstly, he arrived without even bringing a ladder. I genuinely question how he expected to complete the installation properly. This raises serious concerns about the level of preparation and professionalism. Secondly, no protective measures were taken to safeguard my home. There was no attempt to protect my bed, furniture, or surrounding areas. Instead, I was asked to cover everything myself. During the drilling process, there were also no precautions taken to contain the dust. As a result, dust spread across the entire work area, including the floor and furniture. When technician walked in and out the house,ended up spreading the dust throughout my home. I had to clean and mop the entire house afterwards. This is far from a “mess-free service” — it was effectively a mess guarantee. Another concern is that the technician who showed up was different from the one originally assigned, which gave me the impression that the person who came may not have been properly trained or prepared for the job. The installation involved only two lights and one mirror, yet it took nearly two hours to complete, and I even had to assist during the installation. Since the service is charged by the hour, it is unreasonable that I should be paying for extra time caused by the technician’s lack of preparation and inefficiency. The prolonged time taken was not due to the complexity of the job but due to the technician not being properly equipped or up to standard.
