Technician said that a separate driver/transformer was needed to install my downlights. Went to purchase these but since the appointed time was over- I had to rearrange another booking the following day only to find out there was no need for a separate transformer as the downlights had this feature pre-installed. Disappointed that the company sent someone not knowledgeable.

Told electrician that there is a wiring issue so opened up casing all around to check the wiring except the casing near the switch where the fault was end up I had to find the problem on my own even Electrician had to leave as keep saying I have other appointment customer will cancel if never go on time. Electrician in the end did not even close back casing fix the switch. Only Change the wire with connector where the problem is near the switch the rest of the work I had to do on my own cut the wiring to fixing back the switch and close the casing. I would have solve this problem on my own.
