From the get-go, I could tell Faye really likes cats. She took her time to approach my kitty, set things up and eased into grooming. Even gave my other kitty who wasn’t getting groomed some loving.

Faye is so friendly & experienced. She is calm & have soft approach towards my 2 jumpy cats. She guided me on how to maintain/care for my cats. Highly recommended. Thank you so much ❤️

I've sent my cat for grooming before multiple times. Every groomer said she's a good cat. Scared of water, yes. But docile mostly. Why was my husband asked to assist? Was your groomer incapable of doing the job on his own? WHY BATHE THE CAT BEFORE TRIMMING HER CLAWS?! My husband is FULL of scratches from helping your groomer. He doesn't know any better because he's not a groomer. But logic would be to trim the claws first before bathing right? In case she isn't happy about water and all at least you don't get injured. I can show videos of her at previous grooming sessions that proof she's not aggressive. SO EXPLAIN WHY MY CAT GOT SO AGGRESSIVE WITH THIS GROOMER AND WHY DID MY HUSBAND END UP PAYING FOR IT? I DID NOT PAY FOR MY HUSBAND TO GROOM MY CAT. I PAID FOR YOUR SERVICES SO THAT A GROOMER WOULD DO THE JOB. NOT WITH MY HUSBAND. YOU WERE PAID AND YOU DIDNT EVEN COMPLETE IT. This is unacceptable.
