Team King, team lead Hasan with khin, mon, and thet did a great job at cleaning my house (especially when there's alot of dust settled on the floor and furniture). They are very respectful and understanding. Hope to engage them again in the future.

This is our first attempt engaging deep cleaning (post Reno) from your company. The staff were unfriendly and totally inflexible in stretching to assist, such as moving some light boxes aside to clean the floor. May I enquire that I should accompany and stand beside them while they clean ? As the boxes have to move around to facilitate them access? Non stop talking aloud on hp speaker (supervisor) and all doing things slowly to target additional hours. If a simple task takes 15mins, can see they try to drag to prolong and you can say they do very thoroughly but results turned out some furniture corners were uncleaned as we pointed to them and long face appeared. Supervisor threw sweet wrapper (grape flavor) on floor while opening to eat and I spotted and picked up and throw for her. One also swing plastic stool here and there and knocking toilet door/ partition/ room door, and I reminded to be careful as all are new and may cause damages. Really totally unacceptable attitude and standards and I will be sharing with friends and colleagues on my experience and this will be last for deep cleaning with your company. Greatly disappointed as you are growing your company and such staff destroy your business and worst, your reputation. I have to repeat telling them to change the dirty and black water many times.

The team that attended to the service was good! Cleaning was thorough and proper. Didn’t miss a spot. The 3 ladies went above and beyond for the stains in the toilet. Really thankful for that. Definitely recommending the post reno service to anyone who needs it 👍🏼
