felt like an extended regular house cleaning, not exactly a post reno cleaning. had to go through missed spots, eg. window tracks / door stains / floor smudges weren’t cleaned despite mentioning prior to start of the session. crew was very nice though, service attitude was great. no complaints about that.

Team King with members comprising of Hassan, Hasiv, Heymar and Khin were thorough in their job. We expected a 3 man team to do a 4h job but it turns out to be a 4 man team doing a 3h job. They have transformed a house full of dust to a sparkling clean home.

Team Z helped us with the formaldehyde removal and I can say that the chemical smell has definitely improved after my post reno! A must-have service for those having carpentry installation. Service took about 30-40mins to spray whole of kitchen and 1 toilet

Hello Urban Company Team, I recently booked a move-out deep cleaning service for my apartment in Singapore, which cost approximately S$500. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning provided. Based on the condition of the apartment after the team left, it does not appear that the deep clean was completed to the standard I expected. In particular, the floors remain visibly dirty, and I have attached photos showing the current condition. What concerns me most is that there was no indication that professional floor cleaning products or equipment were effectively used. The floors appear as though they were simply mopped with water. In fact, my wife achieves a better result during her regular weekly cleaning at home. I also noticed that the floor cleaning machine remained outside the apartment. Can you please confirm whether the machine was actually used during the service? If not, was there an issue with the equipment, such as a breakdown, that affected the quality of the work? Given the significant cost of the service, I would appreciate an explanation of: What work was completed during the deep clean. Why the floors remain in the condition shown in the attached photos. Whether there were any equipment or operational issues during the service. How Urban Company intends to address this situation. I look forward to your prompt response. Best Regards Peter Nalepa
