The team was so good ! We were speechless with the amount of work and speed that they do things . Hasib was very accommodating ( please make things reasonable for the cleaners and do not lowball or ask for over the top things ) . He was always checking with us and letting us run thru before they go . Please do provide the team tips and drinks . Deeply appreciated

I’m truly impressed with the team! I have 4 cats, and they were so careful not to let any of them run out while they were cleaning 🐾 Mr. Lim and his team were incredibly detailed and experienced. I’d definitely love to have them back again. I especially appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned my headboard, as that was my biggest concern. Thank you to this awesome team for such a great job! ✨

Very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. During the cleaning, the helper damaged my wall and caused the paint and plaster to peel off, and she did not inform me about it until I pointed it out myself. This lack of care and honesty is unacceptable, especially when we trust the company to handle our home properly. The company’s response was also unsatisfactory, as they only offered reimbursement based on a quotation without considering the inconvenience caused.

Multiple locations not dusted or vacuumed. Rug not vacuumed, couch not cleaned, tabletop not dusted. They also took my dry mop! I was left on the day of handing over my keys with no vacuum having to do this myself with a lint roller. They did not vacuum under the bed either. Totally unhappy with this

Although we paid for Deep Home Cleaning services, we got lousy cleaning standards. Cleaners use feather duster to clean windows?! It’s so dirty! Very minimal use of machines, very old fashioned way of cleaning. The most annoying part is they did not shift items that are on the floor, thus an area of the floor was left uncleaned! Very bad experience with UC. Please arrange for management to explain to customer. We have took photos of all the problems. We will post them.
