Poor experience, cleaning not done proper and the CS was or cleaner is fabricating details that the Wu were instructed to NOT use the deep cleaning machine. Does that even add up? I paid for the deep cleaning but. Instructed to not deep clean/7:use the machine? I need to speak to a real person about this ASAP.

The team of 3 arrived with equipment such a professional electrical powered mop. After briefing them, they proceeded to clean in order from top to bottom , room by room. Every cabinet, window, surface was cleaned throughly. A much needed refresh after a renovation. Thanks to the team’s teamwork and systematic effort to restore the spick and span!
