Johnson and Rafiq has been excellent ! Absolutely outstanding service! They went the extra mile in every way, not just doing their job, but making sure everything was perfect before they left. They noticed a few small issues I hadn’t even mentioned and fixed them without hesitation. They even drill to realign the aircon unit so that it will be easier to service for future maintenance. What really impressed me was their expertise and care. They didn’t just do a basic cleaning, they inspected every component, explained what needed attention, and showed me before-and-after results of the filters and coils. These technicians worked efficiently yet carefully, testing each unit multiple times to make sure the cooling performance was optimal. After finishing, they wiped down the area, double-checked for any water drips, and gave helpful advice on how to maintain the aircon for longer life and energy efficiency. Super polite, respectful of my home, and clearly very skilled at what they do. It’s rare to meet technician who care this much about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

This is my first time trying out this company’s aircon servicing and I am very pleased with the service and performance. Efficient, fast and clean. Mr. Sowrirajan Rajan is friendly and polite, experienced in what he’s doing. He is also very punctual, in fact, arrived 15mins earlier. Mr Rajan is focus and dedicated while working, and any questions asked, he has answered clearly with his knowledge. Mr Rajan is also very honest, which we liked about, as he only do services that are needed. He’s not like other aircon servicing companies I’ve booked in the past, dishonest, charging more extra services that we do not need actually. Mr Rajan will not anyhow suggest more aircon services we do not need, so that he could earn more commission, only doing what’s necessary and suggesting what’s best for our aircon units. We are very pleased with this first experience, and will definitely consider their services in the future. Thank you very much for your great service and good manners!! :)
