He couldn't identify the problem, so gave me an incorrect reason for the water leakage. Today I had to book the plumber, who says the geyser inlet pipe is leaking. The geyser technician is supposed to know about geysers, right?

Technician was well mannered, the geyser was defective so no installation happened. But had to pay the amount of Rs 300 as shown on UC app.

I noticed that the cost of a new geyser is around 2,800, whereas using your service for the same product (without any warranty) ends up costing me approximately 2,050. In this case, buying a new geyser seems like a more sensible option. Additionally, I believe the charge for the geyser coil replacement was not justified. The part used appeared to be worth around 700–800, but I was charged ₹1,700. Moreover, the MRP label was missing or removed from the product packaging, which raises concerns about price transparency. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced and moving forward, I’ll prefer visiting a nearby repair store rather than using Urban Company.
