I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the service provided. Firstly, the service professional asked me to cancel the booking through Urban Company and pay ₹1,100 in cash instead. I refused this request, as the booking and payment were made through the proper channel. Secondly, the exterior cleaning, which was expected as part of the service, was not carried out. Additionally, after completing the work, the bathroom was left in an unacceptable and messy condition, which is not what I would expect from a professional cleaning service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a suitable resolution for the service not being completed as promised.

Servicing was requested but the partner didn't do anything. Just visited , asked to come back later 2 times but didn't turn up. No work was done so why charged 288? Very disappointing service.
