1. The person came 13 min late and tried to justify saying he had to wake up at 7 am. As a customer why this was told to me?? And if 8 am is too early, why UC is having slot for this?? I need explanation from highest authority on this, pls call me.

I had a fantastic experience with my gas stove servicing, thanks to Adinath. He was extremely professional and courteous. He performed a thorough cleaning and check-up, identifying and fixing a minor burner issue that had been bothering me and also fixed the jammed gas knobs, restoring them to smooth and effortless working condition. He came 2 hrs late and didn't cleanup well after the service. Whatever he did I had to ask him to clean. Used my kitchen scrubs etc. They should have their own supplies to clean and service. Not sure what is the service charge is for.

Gas picked up the fire at evening. Fortunately I was able to get it in control and switched off the cylinder at right time which saved our lives. What kind of service you guys provide? Are these your qualified engineers.
