He said I thought work was basic hence I accepted work request, but now after actually seeing the problem, it's not my cup of tea. I will share another person (agent) no. Who can help you with issue and assured us that he will not charge any fees again. After calling on the given no. First the person said will come in half hour, after calling him past 1 hrs he said , I will not come first you need to pay basic fees again. In all very bad experience. Thanks to support team, atleast they understood the problem.
