While descaling they should use descaling power/liquid etc. It was not used, fine, I’m okay with that. But while removing the descale from geyser tank he should be very careful to not wet the wiring and whole electrical/electronics things of Geyser, which he did a lot.

He was not very transparent He recommended changing angle valve which was not very much needed He assumed that I knew whats the use of angle valve
