Extremely unprofessional. We are raising a police complaint. The professional was extremely unprofessional. Damaged our geyser. Talked rudely. Stop him from taking any future orders strictly or we are using him and company through legal notice. He was continuously on phone. Talked rudely with women in the house. This is very serious. I should receive an email on [email protected] regarding the updates on action taken on him.

Technician tried to sell a cheap replacement product at a higher rate after closing the job on app. Unprofessional behaviour. Diagnosis was also wrong as per official geyser brand technician who I later hired at additional cost.
