This is absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional service. The engineer assigned to my geyser servicing request was completely incompetent and lacked basic communication skills. He clearly stated that geyser servicing is not his job and that he only handles wiring or switch-related issues. If that is the case, why was my request even assigned to him? On top of that, he unnecessarily asked for the OTP and then simply left, saying customer care would arrange another engineer. His justification—that he accepted the task while driving in the rain just to “see later”—is irresponsible and raises serious doubts about the credibility of your service. This behavior appears suspicious and completely unreliable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. This is very poor service, and I demand a full refund of my paid amount of ₹738 immediately.
