I had booked this service for my elderly mother (senior citizen) who lives alone. The service partner reprimanded her for having tea while he was carrying out the service for "religious" reasons. He did not clean the place after the service. It was left in very bad shape, resulting in additional heavy lifting that my mother had to go through.

Both lights get switched off when the tap is not opened. Ideally after 2/3 min, first only green light should switched off and then orange. Which is not happening 2/3 min , only green light should switched off
