First thing he was interested in was to discuss if i will give him the old geyser so he can sell in scrap and make some money. Before he visited i had told him to bring all tools like cutter or chisel/hammer to dismantle old geyser from its fittings. After inspection he asked for the job start otp and after we gave otp he said he cannot do the work and extra people are needed and we need to pay extra for it. I already paid for uninstallation of geyser and installation charges so told him why he started work if he cannot do it. Asked him to inform urban company and so get our refund. He started behaving rudely and said that is not my work, you paid urban company you ask them. This guy has previously also come on another call and done same behaviour by doing half job and charged us double. We dont want him ever to visit us again.

Both lights get switched off when the tap is not opened. Ideally after 2/3 min, first only green light should switched off and then orange. Which is not happening 2/3 min , only green light should switched off

I am raising a serious complaint regarding the technician assigned through Urban Company for my geyser issue. The technician inspected the geyser and informed me that the thermostat was faulty and needed replacement at a cost of ₹1800, with no warranty. This immediately raised concerns. After declining the service, I called my society plumber for a second opinion. He identified that the actual issue was just a burnt/shorted main supply wire. He fixed it by trimming and reconnecting the wire, and the geyser is now working perfectly. He charged only ₹250. This clearly shows that your technician either misdiagnosed the problem or deliberately attempted to upsell an unnecessary and expensive repair. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and misleading. I request you to: 1. Investigate this technician’s conduct 2. Take strict action to prevent such incidents 3. Ensure proper training and accountability 4. Provide an explanation for this incorrect diagnosis This experience has seriously affected my trust in your service. I expect a prompt response and resolution.
