Poor skill, geysor clamp installation went wrong ( did not use template, used when jnsisted 2nd time)and had to drill another 2 holes.In the process used 10 mm Anchor bolt against oem 12 mm, damaged 2 wall tiles permenantly.White cement used to fill the holes.Technician did not have 12 mm drill but tried to enlarge holes with 10 mm bit by rotating the bit to all the sides.Poor quality of job.Very much unsatisfied. While placing order Crompton geysor from Amazon payment was also made for installation service from UC through Amazon.UC cancelled the service with out any reason and refunded payment. Therefore being an approved service vendor of CROMPTON and Amazon I had to rebookUC service for today agaist original date of 18.12.25
