Hi, well I paid the amount of Gyser repair and the person came but he simply did not do any inspections and said that it’s a GAS gyser and I cannot fix it. Now here, i was not happy with the service and would request for the refund

He asked for putting a new thermostat 1800 including his service. And said will add more items so that the bill is 1800. It should have been 1100

There were no issue with my geyser we only asked him to open and check if anything wrong. He not able to even open the geyser cause of the screw was tights. He didnt even tried harder simply said cant open. And nothing work done. He just came, tried to open which he cant and then he leave. So worst experience.
