The way he spoke, I didn't have trust in the person. Diagnosis didn't seem satisfactory. He suggested to go for a spare part not listed in the urban company catalogue. As per other reviews, this seems to be a common trait for many other visits. Just didn't get the trust.

The work was not completed properly and now there is a leakage from the geyser. Please send the technician to rectify it as it's hazardous to have a leakage from the geyser.

1. According to him, the thermostat of the geyser was not functioning. He demanded three times the market price for its replacement. 2. He refused to adjust the visitation charges against the final bill and additionally asked for ₹500 extra as fitting charges. 3. He was extremely adamant and left the work incomplete midway. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I request you to kindly process a refund of the amount paid.
