He opened my geyser and tried for about 45mins but wasn’t able to resolve my issue. After that he assembled the geyser back as earlier. But now my geyser is having leakage which wasnt a problem earlier. Also when I am calling him for repairing the leak, he has been delaying to come since 2 days. The geyser leakage has started to spoil my bathroom false ceiling. Also UC support is unhelpful in getting him back for repairs. Totally unexpected from UC.

The safety valve leaked in the geyser and there is water leakage now. The geyser had to be shut and we need to get it repaired.
