The way he spoke, I didn't have trust in the person. Diagnosis didn't seem satisfactory. He suggested to go for a spare part not listed in the urban company catalogue. As per other reviews, this seems to be a common trait for many other visits. Just didn't get the trust.

The professional who visited for geyser repair has done incomplete work. Moreover he has uninstalled the geyser and it is still not working. Very disappointing. The professional had given a commitment that he would visit to complete the repair. However, he has still not shown up. Urban company should take a note of this and I want the required assistance for the same
