He didn’t do anything! Kept asking for quote, but if the geyser is not checked, how can I get a quote? He refused to even look at the geyser & just ran away!

The professional did NOT service the Geyser stating that the appliance was beyond repair and should be entirely replaced. Given that the service was NOT performed would expect a full refund from Urban Company deducting the professional visiting charges if any
